We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

Returns (Clothing Only)
You may return clothing items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original condition

  • All tags are still attached

Non-Returnable Items (IMPORTANT)
For hygiene reasons, wigs cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, unless:

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days using your original payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
